Roy F. Burch, Jr., CPA is a graduate of the University of South Carolina (’73) and was formerly employed by the multi-national accounting firm of Ernst & Ernst. He has been in the practice of public accounting since 1973. Roy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA). He is a past President of the Pee Dee Chapter of SCACPA and has served two terms as a member of the Board of Directors of SCACPA. Roy has also served on the Taxation Committee, Nominating Committee, Membership Committee, Continuing Professional Education Committee, and as Chairperson of the Behavioral Standards Committee of SCACPA. He has received the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental and Not-For-Profit Accounting and Auditing and the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Tax Planning for Closely Held Businesses.
Donald E. Oxner, CPA/PFS, CVA is a graduate of the University of South Carolina (’82) and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), including the Personal Financial Division. Donny earned the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental and Not-For-Profit Accounting and Auditing and the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Tax Planning for Closely Held Businesses. He earned certification as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) in 1997. Donny is a member of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA) and has served as past President of the organization’s Pee Dee Chapter. He has also served on the Accounting Careers Committee and the Continuing Professional Education Committee of SCACPA. Donny earned certification as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in 1999. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Fred R. Seale, CPA is a graduate of the University of South Carolina (’75). He has been in the practice of public accounting since 1978. Fred is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA). He has received the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Tax Planning for Closely Held Businesses.
Tracy S. Huggins, CPA is a graduate of the College of Charleston (’91) and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1993. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA). Tracy is a past President of the Pee Dee Chapter of SCACPA. He has received the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Tax Planning for Closely Held Businesses. He was named the firm’s Audit Partner in May 2000. As the director of our Audit Division, Tracy supervises an extensive range of audits, including for-profit, not-for-profit, governmental, and employee benefit plans.
